Our vision for Oakley School Nursery is that it is a place where children are happy and safe. A place where children are nurtured to grow into kind, confident and resilient children who are prepared for their next steps. We are passionate that every child has a wonderful experience every day and supported in their development to become effective learners.

Our nursery invites families to be fully engaged in their child’s care and education. We have clear lines of communication so that parents and nursery staff are aware of every child’s needs and achievements.

Choosing a nursery for your child is an important decision for every parent/carer. At Oakley School Nursery we appreciate the importance of this decision and will value every child for their unique talents and do everything to give them the best care and education possible.

Meet our Head of Nursery

Hello, I’m Becky Richardson, and I’m incredibly excited to be the newly appointed Head of Nursery at Oakley School Nursery. This is unique, once-in-a-career opportunity, one that I feel truly blessed to be part of.

With over 15 years of experience in Early Years education, I have a deep passion for creating enriching, playful learning environments where children can develop into confident and independent learners. As a mother myself, I understand how important it is to feel confident that your little one is in a safe, nurturing space. I am committed to ensuring that Oakley School Nursery is just that—a place where every child feels valued and cared for.

I believe that strong relationships with the whole family are essential to a child’s well-being, and customer service is a big priority for me. I want you to feel informed, supported, and involved in your child’s care and learning journey. I look forward to working closely with all our families and becoming a part of this wonderful Oakley community as we nurture your child’s growth and happiness.

Our Fees

Our standard fee is £83.00 per day and this includes all care, education, meals, drinks, snacks and resources.

Funding is available for those who are entitled to it. We are open 51 weeks of the year so we stretch funded hours over this period and invoice parents for the same amount each month of the year.

Application Window Open

The application window is now open for Oakley School Nursery. The deadline for all booking forms to be completed is Friday 18th October. At this point we will consider all applications and offer places in line with our published admission arrangements.
